Skid Frame & Truck Versions
The Sam 4-Green & Compost GFX Skid Frame version is specially designed for where longer journeys on the highway are envisaged prior to work on remote sites. When on site the unit is placed in position and then operates as a statically positioned machine. Whilst truck borne they can of course be used to collect waste on route.

Options include an on board weighing system which can interface with a PC enabling records of collection from different places or for accurate proportioning on site of the different ingredients of the compost mix. |
| Remote controls are available and the weighing system can be equipped with a big display mounted in a position to suit the operator and or an acoustic signal can indicate when a desired weight has been achieved. These options are required if special compost mixes are being produced. |
The Sam 4 600/200 GC/MD TM Truck Mounted version has a capacity of 20 cu metres and is powered by it's own 165 HP diesel engine. It is capable of chopping and mixing approx 55 to 60 cu m per hour. This is the best solution where urban green waste collection and compost production is to be combined. On route valuable reductions in volume can be achieved. Onboard weighing options and PC interface enable accurate records and precise control. Hopper covers and top misting systems can ensure odour free operation at collection points. The units are powered with their own turbocharged Perkins diesel engines.
