The SVC 300- MD & 400-MD are specialised machines for turning and aerating rows of bio chopped and mixed materials to speed and improve the composting process. Both are 165 Hp tracked machines built to the highest engineering standards offering reliable and efficient operation from an air conditioned cab.  The models differ only in the widths of 3 or 4 metres and corresponding weights of 7 tonnes or 7.5 tonnes.

The VTC 3000 is a variant with two vertical collection augers making it suitable to turn large heaps of bio material working backwards and forwards across the face and reforming the heap to the other side of the machine. It has a working width of 2.4 metres width and up to 3 metres deep at each pass. It has a 330 hp engine and weighs 14 tons.

The Unicompost 6000/200 is a self propelled multifunction machine designed to deal with the complete composting process. This unique machine can gather in, load, chop, mix and discharge the initial materials as well as turn, mix and further shred the rows of composting bio mass. Powered by a 275 HP diesel engine it has a holding capacity of 20 cu metres, a gathering width of 2.5 metres and a mixing / chopping capacity of over 14000 Kg per hour. This truly versatile machine can be quickly and easily set up to perform many different functions.

 

Seko also offer Separator Presses  SP 600/200 which are powered by 120 or 165 HP motors and are designed to extract excess moisture from very wet green materials prior to composting. They have throughput capacities of 20 to 30 cu metres per hour. The material is compressed by augers and the liquid extracted through variable sizing grills. All the main controls are electro hydraulic.  ( machine not illustrated )
