The Pony 100 with "Cut System" has a 10 knife cutting system which is protected against foreign bodies and can be retracted and inserted by hand. It offers simple assembly and disassembly and it is possible to work with a variable number of chopping knives. |

PONY 100 COMBI SYSTEM
| This version comes with a PONY baler connected to a wrapping
machine and combined in a single framework. This enables collecting -
baleing - wrapping with one individual machine thus saving working time.
All operations take place automatically without any stops: during
collection the pressed bale is wrapped and then unloaded by the rear
wrapper. The bale is automatically transferred and positioned from the
round baler to the wrapper by means of an hydraulic arm. The wrapping system has 2 rotating arms and 2 tensioners ensuring a quick and trouble-free wrapping. The film is cut with 2 hydraulic knives. |
