The Vulcan system is a very powerful blower mounted to one side of either the trailer models or the self propelled. When loaded with big bales of straw the diet feeder can chop it into 10 to 15 cm lengths in approximately 7 to 10 minutes. The Vulcan blower can discharge the straw to a distance of 17 metres so bedding the stock from the feed passage with directional control operated electrically from the cab. |
