Belt Conveyors

91' raises to a full 59’ 6”
111’ raises to a full 71' 6”
EXCLUSIVE... dual hydraulic lift cylinders require only about ONE GALLON of tractor hydraulic fluid
Large cable sheaves have oil-impregnated bronze bushings
10 gauge wear edge welded to flighting at grain transfer points
Heavy steel tubing undercarriage and wheels with wide arched axle for road crown clearance
Heavy top-mounted pipe and side-cable trussing with set-back undercarriage gives lots of reach for big bins
Large clean out and service doors
Standard or optional low profile hopper available

Unique Dual Cylinder Lift

Only about one gallon of tractor hydraulic fluid needed to raise the auger. Standard lift assist, ram guide and dual aircraft type cables. The 91ft. models have 5/16 cables with 19,600 lbs. yield strength and the 111ft. models have 3/8 cables with 28800 lbs. yield strength. *Cylinders require start-up charging (see manual)

Undercarriage & Wheels

Heavy structural tubing and wide double-tube arched axle for stability. Heavy gauge 15 wheels with sturdy 6 bolt cast iron hubs. Can have either 9.5L-15 x 8 ply or 11L - 15 x 8 ply heavy duty tires.

Trussing

X-braced top mounted pipe and 3/8 side-cable trussing provides maximum support with full bin reach. Heavy 1/4 angle track adds further support.

Thrust adapter

Upper bearing thrust adjuster allows the auger flighting pressure to be equalized on both upper and lower bearings for smoother operation and longer flight life.

Optional Low Profile Hopper

Only 10.5" high. A pivot point keeps the hopper flat on the ground. Large 40" x 63" intake area with dual flighting. Equipped with four large pneumatic wheels.
